| Important map of London published in Edward Hatton's "A New View of London". It is based on William Morgan's survey made after the Great Fire and illustrates the enormous changes that disaster wrought on the city. Hatton first made his survey in the 1680s although it was not published until 1708. This plan bears an engraving date of 1707, showing that it was part of an appendix that was included with earlier surveys to bring them up to date as well as providing an important record of the city's reconstruction.
