It covers the areas of Kensington, Chelsea and Knightsbridge together with Fulham, Richmond and Twickenham in the West as well as Marylebone, King's Cross and Enfield Chase in the North. A large dedication on the lower right is to William Craven, 1st Earl Craven, former Lord Mayor of London and one of the Lords Proprietors of Carolina.
