Description:
|
|
The London Underground network as it existed in 1931, after the Northern Line extension to Morden, and while the Piccadilly Line extension to Cockfosters was still under construction. Maps from this period by Fred Stingemore are some of the last maps to show the Underground geographically rather than schematically as the now-iconic Harry Beck design was introduced in January, 1933. Image of the back cover available upon request. Printed colour. Framed. [LDN6407] |
