Several routes around Cape Horn are marked, including the rough tracks of the buccanneers William Dampier, Woodes Rogers, and Ambrose Cowley. The discovery of Cape Horn in 1616 is credited to Jacob le Maire in a small note on the map.[SAM3411] |
