| Large pair of 15-inch library globes produced by Thomas Malby using information from the Society for the Diffusion of Useful Knowledge. The mahogany three-legged stands are carved with foliage decoration and have inset compasses. The terrestrial globe is dated 1854 and the celestial globe is dated 1850. 43 inches tall. [GLOBE177] |
