Decorative map of the Mughal Empire covering northern India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh. Centred on Delhi, the empire's capital. Surrounded by a faux-frame border. The title cartouche depicts a merchant with an oddly-shaped camel, as well as two Mughal soldiers. The map is based on an account by Nuno da Cunha, the governor of Portugal's Indian possessions from 1528-1538.
